In order to maximize the projected efficiencies, the Axiom Consulting-led Business Continuity planning effort had to meet the twin goals of producing plans that were easily replicable among all Omnicom DAS agencies while being sufficiently customized so as to accommodate the specific needs and resources of each agency. In addition, the individual agency Business Continuity plans had to mesh precisely with the overall CDS plans so that—in times of crisis—both CDS and individual agency actions would operate in tandem.
